New character, her name is Smokepaw (if you didn't get that from above). If you noticed that half of her eye has a whitish film to it that is because she suffers from an eye infection that will eventually make her completely blind, for now her sight is only slightly blurry as her life progresses it will become harder and harder for her to see.
